Emergency Plan:
The West End Wall Competition takes place roughly 200 meters off the dock of Roatan Diving School in West End, Roatan. With a short 5-10 minute boat ride to Anthony’s Key for any hyperbaric chamber needs due to injury from diving this competition has no close counterpart in regards to safety in the Bay Islands Caribbean.
Doctors on standby on the dock with two active Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT) from the United States on the lines with oxygen and trauma kits make this competition stand out in regards to safety staff. An ambulance is also standing by for any emergencies within close distance to the dock at Roatan Diving School.
